What does it mean when a guy mirrors your expression?

The guy I’ve been trying to bring up the courage to ask out always wear the same expression I do when I approach him! Is a good sign or bad? Maybe a lot of people do this and I just notice it more with him? Sometimes when he does this i realize what a weird face I was wearing when i walked up. Lately it’s been hard to smile when i walk up because i’m so nervous, but if i don’t smile, he doesn’t smile, and that makes me more nervous! What should I do!?

It happens a lot when you’re into someone. I’ve noticed that if I am sitting with my boyfriend on the couch for example and he leans back, i will lean back, if he changes the way he is sitting, I will too. I’ve also noticed many of my friends do it when they are with their boyfriends or “potential” boyfriends. I think you should ask him out. Good luck
