I do not have major depression, suicidal or anything, but sometimes I feel hopeless and blue, and really, really low and isolated. I had anxiety problems before, but or less that are under control, and now I have a small depression. I think I have depression, I am faced with major life changes and stress resulting causes depression. My doctor put me on Celexa just to help me out of this bad streak and have been there for two days, but it may take some time to put what I wanted to try something else. I heard that fish oil Omega 3 helps to stress and depression … work? And it's good to take Celexa?
